Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Technical Support Engineer L1 – Hardware Support Engineer. The individual will handle hardware-related technical issues, provide timely troubleshooting, assist customers with inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure prompt resolution of reported problems. Collaboration with team members to maintain service standards and improve customer experience will also be a key part of the role.
