Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru South for a Technical Support Engineer L1 – Hardware Support Engineer. The individual will handle hardware-related technical issues, provide timely troubleshooting, assist customers with inquiries, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure prompt resolution of reported problems. Collaboration with team members to maintain service standards and improve customer experience will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and solve hardware-related technical issues effectively.
• Customer Support and Customer Service skills to provide exceptional assistance and build strong customer relationships.
• Analytical Skills to assess problems accurately and implement efficient solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with customers and team members effectively.
• Experience working with hardware or electronics is preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while adhering to deadlines.
