Role Description

We are seeking a creative, motivated, and proactive individual for a Social Media Internship role at IIMaspirant.in. As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, supporting social media channel management, assisting with digital marketing activities, and interacting with the IIMaspirant community to improve audience engagement. This is a remote, 1-month internship designed to provide practical exposure to social media marketing and content execution.

Internship Duration

This is a 1-month internship. A new internship cohort is opened every month, and this particular hiring cycle is for the May cohort.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media content including posts, captions, campaign ideas, and content concepts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X.
• Assist in managing social media accounts and day-to-day posting activities.
• Support the execution of digital marketing and engagement strategies.
• Interact with the student community and help improve engagement across social channels.
• Work with the team on content planning, promotions, and campaign execution.
• Monitor basic performance and suggest ideas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and marketing strategies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creativity and the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging campaigns.
• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
