TSM/ASM (Jharkhand) – Retail & Distribution (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Target Achievement: Set and meet or exceed sales goals for the assigned territory, including monthly quarterly and annual forecasts.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers, Architects & Designers, and customers in the assigned territory.
Dealer & Sub-dealer Management: Recruiting, enabling, and monitoring dealers and sub-dealers to meet corporate goals.
Market Intelligence: Analyze local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
Operations Coordination: Collaborate with Marketing, SCM, and Finance teams for smooth order execution and promotions.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales performance reports as per requirements
Qualifications And Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field/ MBA
Experience: Usually 4-8 years in sales, preferably Building Material Products
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory-Odisha
