Test Lead- Hyderabad Only Full Time

Experience, Technical and Soft Skills 

• ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Analyst (CTAL-TA) or equivalent commercial testing experience. 
• Strong test leadership experience within Agile/DevOps environments. 
• Expert level knowledge of test management tools, defect tracking, and reporting. 
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risk. 
• Strong stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution skills. 
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and presentation abilities. 
• Able to coach and support tester development. 
• Skilled communicator, able to explain technical concepts clearly. 
• Ability to assess and improve test coverage and test design. 
• IT related degree or equivalent experience in an IT discipline.  
• Experience in using Agile development methodologies and associated tools, e.g. Azure boards. 
• Experience in SQL/database testing and CI/CD integration. 
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
