About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Marketer & Content Creator with experience in B2B SaaS or service-based businesses. This role is ideal for someone who is not only strategic but also comfortable being in front of the camera, capable of independently shooting, creating, and editing engaging content.

You will play a key role in building a strong personal and brand presence through high-quality, engaging, and conversion-focused content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Social Media Management

• Manage and execute daily content publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X, and Instagram
• Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with brand goals
• Maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across platforms
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building efforts

Content Creation (On-Camera & Production)

• Confidently appear on camera for videos, reels, and brand storytelling content
• Independently shoot videos (talking-head, reels, tutorials, personal branding content)
• Plan, script, and execute short-form and long-form video content
• Create engaging hooks and storytelling formats to drive audience retention

Content & Copywriting

• Write high-converting captions, hooks, threads, newsletters, and personal brand posts
• Repurpose long-form content (podcasts, webinars, interviews) into bite-sized formats
• Adapt content style for each platform while maintaining consistency

Design & Video Editing

• Design high-quality creatives, carousels, and branded assets using Canva
• Perform video editing using tools like CapCut, Descript, or similar
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.)

AI & Automation (Preferred)

• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Jasper for ideation and content scaling
• Research and implement tools for scheduling, automation, and analytics

Performance Tracking & Newsletter

• Track content performance and deliver weekly reports with actionable insights
• Create and manage a weekly newsletter (content summaries, insights, storytelling)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing and content creation
• Proven experience creating and shooting video content independently
• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Excellent storytelling and social-first copywriting ability
• Proficiency in Canva and video editing tools (CapCut, Descript, etc.)
• Experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation
• Basic understanding of analytics and performance tracking

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹50,000.00 per month
