Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR team in onboarding and off boarding of employees
- Utilize analytical thinking and VLOOKUP in Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports.
- Support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Payroll processing
- Apply mathematical reasoning to data.
- Assist in conflict management and resolution between employees.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives and projects forward.
