Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Assistant Team Leader to join our Supply Chain Management team at Delhivery. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure smooth workflow within the logistics process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Team Leader in managing day-to-day supply chain operations
• Supervise and guide team members to meet targets
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Resolve operational issues and improve efficiency
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or +2
• Experience in supply chain/logistics (1–3 years preferred)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reporting tools)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Full office work
Salary: CTC 250000
