Role: UX Designer
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a UX Designer to craft intuitive, research-backed user experiences across Joveo’s platform. You will turn complex workflows into simple, elegant interfaces — advocating for users at every stage of the product development process.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions
– Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for new features
– Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver feasible, user-centered designs
– Develop and maintain UX documentation including journey maps and design specifications
– Iterate designs based on user feedback, analytics, and qualitative insights
– Contribute to and maintain Joveo’s design system and interaction standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process — research, wireframing, and final design
– Proficiency in Figma or similar design and prototyping tools
– Experience conducting and synthesizing user research and usability studies
– Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
– Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and data teams
– Strong systems thinking — ability to design for complex, multi-step user flows
