We are looking for an experienced SAP PLM Data Analyst to join a large-scale transformation program. In this role, you will ensure high-quality, compliant, and migration-ready PLM data that supports business operations and SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT, playing a critical role in data extraction, transformation, governance, and migration.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Data Extraction & Preparation

• Perform structured and audit-ready data extraction from SAP & non-SAP systems
• Cleanse, transform, and prepare structured/unstructured data
• Support ETL processes including mapping, enrichment, and transformation

🔹 Data Migration

• Drive end-to-end data migration cycles (Extract → Cleanse → Transform → Validate → Load)
• Develop mapping specifications, transformation rules, and templates
• Ensure traceability via lineage and validation logs
• Support trial loads, cutover, and post-load validation

🔹 GenAI-Driven Data Acceleration

• Leverage GenAI tools for metadata analysis, rule creation, and documentation
• Use LLM-powered automation for faster data processing and quality checks
• Build reusable prompts and workflows

🔹 Data Governance & Documentation

• Maintain SIR, DCL, lineage documents, and mapping trackers
• Enforce metadata standards and naming conventions

🔹 Data Quality & Reporting

• Perform profiling, gap analysis, and validation
• Create dashboards and migration progress reports
• Identify and resolve data quality issues

🔹 Audit & Compliance

• Ensure complete traceability and documentation
• Support internal and external audits

Required Experience

• 8+ years in SAP PLM / data analysis within SAP or S/4HANA
• Hands-on experience in SAP PLM data migration & transformation
• Experience in industries like FMCG, Pharma, Manufacturing (GxP preferred)
• Strong background in ETL workflows and large transformation programs

Key Skills

Technical Skills:

• SAP PLM (Engineering Records, BOMs, Recipes, Specifications, DMS)
• SAP S/4HANA Master Data (Materials, BOMs, Routings, Quality, Regulatory)
• SAP ECC, ECTR, DMS (Good to have)
• Data extraction: SQVI, SE16N, BAPIs
• Tools: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python
• Exposure to GenAI tools

Data & Governance:

• Data profiling, cleansing, transformation
• Metadata management & governance frameworks

Soft Skills:
