Job Summary

We are looking for a Visualization Analyst on a contractual basis in Bangalore to lead data analytics and visualization initiatives, develop Power BI dashboards, and deliver actionable business insights. The role involves managing business operations, supporting data transformation and quality improvements, and partnering with stakeholders across business, analytics, and IT teams.

Must-Have skills

• 2 years of relevant experience in data and analytics or visualization.

·      Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and other visualization platforms such as Tableau.

·      Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Snowflake, and advanced Excel.

·      Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert findings into actionable recommendations.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Good-to-have skills

·      Experience with Nielsen/IRI or e-commerce data.

·      Knowledge of CPG/FMCG industry processes and business operations.

·      Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

·      Exposure to data warehousing tools such as Azure, DBT, and Databricks.

·      Ability to work in a fast-changing, cross-functional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly data refresh and business insight delivery activities.

·      Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions.

·      Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and meaningful business insights.

·      Resolve data and analytics queries from stakeholders through hands-on analysis.

·      Improve data quality, alignment, data dictionaries, and automation processes.

·      Test, deploy, and maintain data processes, APIs, and analytics solutions.

·      Document operational processes and drive optimization efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
