Data Science Intern Full Time

eonik is an AI-native creative intelligence platform helping brands and performance marketers make better ad decisions. We help teams analyse, test, and improve ad creatives using AI and turning creative testing from guesswork into a repeatable growth system.

We are an early-stage startup built by founders from IIT Kharagpur and top startup ecosystems, working at the intersection of AI, performance marketing, and revenue growth, committed to transforming how brands scale winning creatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyse creative performance data to identify winning patterns and optimise recommendations.
• Build machine learning models using python based libraries for creative scoring and prediction.
• Work with LLMs and RAG systems to improve our AI-powered creative intelligence platform.
• Implement data pipelines and contribute to our ad analysis and benchmarking systems.
• Support A/B testing and performance analysis of AI-driven product features.

Required Skills

• Strong foundation in python and machine learning fundamentals.
• Experience with LLMs, langchain and similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL, pandas, numpy for data analysis.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and basic MLOps practices.
• Academic or internship project experience in AI/ML.
