Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager from the EdTech domain with a strong background in assessment development and operations management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large teams, driving operational excellence, and overseeing end-to-end assessment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end operations for assessment development and delivery
- Oversee content creation, assessment design, and quality assurance processes
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvements, and scalability
- Manage and mentor a large team of 50–80 members, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and content teams
- Ensure timely delivery of assessments with high quality and accuracy
- Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies
- Handle stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with business goals
Must Have Skills
- 10–15 years of experience of overall experioence
- Strong experience in Assessment Development & Operations
- Proven experience in managing large teams (50–80 members)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience in process optimization and operational excellence
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience with digital learning platforms and assessment tools
- Exposure to analytics and performance tracking tools
- Experience in scaling operations in a fast-paced environment
