Back office staff perform essential administrative, data management, and support roles not seen by customers, such as data entry, payroll, and logistics. Key Roles & Responsibilities Data Entry Operator: Enters and updates data in systems, verifies data, and converts physical documents to digital formats. Backend Support Executive: Manages e-commerce operations in warehouses, returns departments, and inventory. Office Coordinator: Manages phone calls, greets visitors, and handles office administration. Sales Support Executive: Prepares quotations, documents, and sales reports. Operations & Payroll Staff: Manages HRMS records, attendance, and payroll processing.
