Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Admin role in Transport, based in Chennai. The individual will oversee daily administrative tasks related to transportation management, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensure efficient documentation and reporting processes, and address customer service requirements. Responsibilities also include assisting in finance-related activities and supporting operational strategies to enhance employee commute experiences.

• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Coordination
• Excellent Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data interpretation
• Knowledge of finance processes and basic financial management
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively
• Experience in transportation or facility management is a plus
