Role:
To own and drive end-to-end business for Bajaj Electronics by ensuring strong execution, category expansion, premiumization, and sustainable growth across Smartphones, TAB, and AIoT.
Key Responsibilities
1. Account Ownership & Business Growth
Single-point ownership for Bajaj Electronics across South-1
Drive primary, secondary, and sell-out performance
Ensure Note Series leadership and improve ASP mix
Expand share in Mobile,TAB & AIoT categories
2. Strategic Planning & Execution
Monthly / quarterly business planning and target alignment
Stock planning, range optimization, and timely replenishment
New product launch planning and flawless execution
Price, promo, and scheme alignment with central teams
3. Stakeholder Management
Daily engagement with Bajaj Electronics central HO and category teams
Strong collaboration with internal teams (Sales Ops, SCM, Finance, Marketing)
Lead negotiations on visibility, counters, promoters, and activations
4. Execution Excellence
Ensure high-quality in-store execution, visibility, and demo readiness
Drive promoter productivity and training effectiveness
Track execution gaps and close them proactively
5. Governance & Reporting
Own billing coordination, claims, and commercial hygiene
MIS, performance dashboards, and actionable insights
Competition tracking and market intelligence sharing
6. Long-Term Partnership Building
Drive ecosystem-led growth (Phone + TAB + AIoT bundling)
Build senior-level relationships to strengthen Xiaomi’s strategic position
Act as Xiaomi’s brand custodian within Bajaj Electronics
