Tangy Tech Media is a Mumbai-based boutique marketing agency dedicated exclusively to the restaurant, hotel and F&B sector. Founded by Candice Rachael with 20+ years of in-house marketing leadership at brands including The Olive Bar & Kitchen, Degustibus Hospitality (Indigo, Indigo Deli, Tote on the Turf), Foodhall, Indian Accent, Comorin, Koloman NYC and Hosa – the agency delivers integrated marketing, brand strategy, PR, digital and performance marketing, influencer marketing and fractional CMO services.
We are building a dedicated influencer marketing practice for our restaurant and hotel clients. We are looking for a sharp, well-connected professional who understands the F&B creator ecosystem – not just from a numbers perspective, but from a genuine understanding of which voices actually move the needle for F&B brands in India.
ROLE OVERVIEW
We’re hiring an Influencer Marketing Manager / Executive to own influencer strategy and execution across our client portfolio.
This role is for someone who:
- Understands the F&B creator ecosystem deeply
- Can distinguish between buzz and real business impact
- Has an active network of food and lifestyle creators across Priority A and Priority B creators.
You will be responsible for building and activating a curated influencer ecosystem across key dining cities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop influencer strategies aligned to brand positioning, campaigns and budgets
- Build and manage a curated roster of food, lifestyle and travel creators
- Lead end-to-end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing and reporting
- Manage both barter and paid influencer programmes with clear deliverables
- Evaluate creators based on audience quality, engagement and brand fit (not just follower count)
- Coordinate influencer visits, tastings and stays with clients and PR teams
- Review and approve content for brand alignment and quality
- Track performance tied to real business outcomes (not vanity metrics)
- Stay updated on platform trends across Instagram and YouTube
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2-6 years of influencer marketing experience in F&B, restaurants or hospitality
- Strong network of food and lifestyle creators across major Indian cities
- Proven experience executing influencer campaigns with measurable outcomes
- Strong understanding of Instagram and YouTube formats
- Ability to assess creator quality and brand alignment
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred
