Customer Care cum Admin Executive (4yrs+ experience) Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Care:

• Handle incoming customer queries via calls, emails, and chat
• Resolve complaints and ensure timely closure of issues
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong relationships
• Keep records of customer interactions and follow-ups

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office coordination and day-to-day admin activities
• Maintain records, documents, and filing systems
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Handle basic data entry and reporting

Recruitment Coordination:

• Call candidates and explain job roles briefly
• Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain interview calendars and follow up with candidates
• Ensure smooth interview process and timely communication

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks

Min – 4yrs of experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
