We are looking for a hands-on EMS professional with strong experience in Pick-and-Place (SMT) machine operation and Through-Hole (THT) soldering and a new SMT & THT production line setup. The role involves machine setup, process stabilization, and ramp-up to mass production.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Support new SMT & THT line setup., Train team.
• Operate and program SMT Pick-and-Place machines
• Handle Through-Hole (THT) soldering – manual & wave soldering
• Setup, trial runs, line balancing, and changeovers
• Assist in NPI, pilot builds, and production ramp-up
• Establish work instructions, process flow, and best practices
• Monitor yields, defects, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with IPC, ESD, and safety standards
• Coordinate with QA and Engineering during line stabilization

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• 2–6 years experience in EMS / PCB Assembly
• Proven experience in SMT Pick-and-Place operation & setup
• Strong hands-on exposure to Through-Hole soldering
• Experience in new line setup / commissioning is a big plus
• Good understanding of BOM, PCB drawings, and component handling
• Familiarity with reflow, AOI, and inspection processes
• Knowledge of IPC-A-610 standards (preferred)
• Must be a current resident of Bangalore.

🎓 Qualification

• Diploma / ITI / B.E / B.Tech in Electronics or related field
