About the role
We’re a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a sharp, results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. You’ll own paid campaigns across Google and Meta, manage client accounts in the US market, and work in sync with a US-time shift. If you live and breathe ROAS, CPL, and scaling budgets — this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
- Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns — Search, Display, Performance Max, Shopping
- Manage Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram — prospecting, retargeting, and scaling
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance metrics to hit client KPIs
- Build audience strategies, A/B test creatives, and write clear ad copy
- Create weekly performance reports and present insights to clients
- Collaborate with the creative team to brief ad assets (static, video, carousel)
- Keep up with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry trends
What we’re looking for
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong grasp of performance metrics — ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, LTV
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of ₹10L+ or equivalent
- Proficient in Google Analytics 4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager
- Ability to write clear, conversion-focused ad copy
- Comfortable working in US business hours
- Strong communication skills — you’ll interact directly with US-based clients
- Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus
