Shift: US Shift- 8 PM IST to 5 AM IST (5 Days working)
We’re expanding our US staffing team and looking for experienced Senior US IT Recruiters who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment and close positions efficiently.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of US IT recruitment experience
Strong expertise in C2C / 1099 hiring
Proven experience working with US clients & vendors
Hands-on sourcing via job portals & LinkedIn
Excellent communication & closure skills
