Job Title: Manager – USA Recruitment

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager of USA Recruitment to lead and drive our recruitment efforts across the United States. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing recruitment teams, developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans, and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent. This role requires a deep understanding of the US job market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Recruitment Planning: o Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs. o Analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies to stay competitive in attracting top talent. o Collaborate with senior leadership to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
2. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development: o Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse and highly qualified candidates. o Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. o Utilize social media, job boards, career fairs, and other channels to identify potential candidates.
3. Recruitment Process Management: o Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience. o Develop and maintain effective recruitment workflows and processes. o Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to hiring.
4. Employer Branding: o Enhance the organization’s employer brand to attract top talent. o Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment marketing materials. o Represent the company at industry events and career fairs.
5. Metrics and Reporting:
o Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
o Provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and outcomes.
o Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
6. Stakeholder Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
o Provide expert advice and guidance on recruitment best practices.
o Partner with HR and other departments to support overall talent management initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment Proven experience in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong understanding of the US job market and employment laws.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to travel as needed.
