We are looking for dynamic and target-driven career or Sr. career counselors to join the inside sales team. The role involves counselling prospective students for UG & PG programs, handling inbound and outbound leads, and converting enquiries into successful admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counseling students regarding available undergraduate and postgraduate programs
2. Handling data calling, cold calling, and online chat enquiries
3. Guiding students through admission procedures and eligibility criteria
4. Converting leads into confirmed admissions
5. Maintaining daily call records, follow-ups, and walk-in data
6. Managing CRM updates and tracking lead status
7. Collecting and consolidating student feedback
8. Achieving monthly enrolment targets
