Role Overview
We’re looking for a Product Manager who combines deep US healthcare domain knowledge with hands-on product execution. You’ll own the roadmap for our core care management workflows — working directly with engineering, clinical operations, and US-based health system clients. You’ll translate CMS program requirements into product specs, prioritize features that move reimbursement outcomes, and design experiences that busy RNs and care coordinators actually love.
What You’ll Own
– Define and maintain the product roadmap for CCM, RPM, and BHI program workflows
– Translate CMS guidelines (G-codes, billing rules, time-tracking thresholds) into clear, testable product requirements
– Own the patient-facing mobile app experience — enrollment flows, RPM device onboarding, care plan delivery
– Work with clinical and engineering teams to improve care team dashboards, patient prioritization, and alert logic
– Lead discovery for new program expansions (e.g., PCM, APCM) and integration with health system EHRs via FHIR R4 / SMART on FHIR
– Collaborate on healthcare claims workflows — CPT code eligibility, prior auth logic, encounter documentation
– Write detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria; run sprint planning and backlog grooming with a distributed engineering team
– Synthesize qualitative feedback from care coordinators, RNs, and health system clients into product decisions
What We’re Looking For
YOUR WORKING STYLE
– You write clear, concise PRDs — not 40-page novels
– You run lean discovery: talk to users, synthesize fast, move
– You’re comfortable working with US Eastern time zone overlap (evening IST)
– You push back on engineering and clinical stakeholders with data, not just instinct
– You ship iteratively — you’d rather put an MVP in front of an RN than wait for perfect.
