Customer Support Associate Full Time

LTM is hiring International Voice Process role.

Exp Required: 1 to 5 years

Work Location :Bangalore

Work Mode : WFO ( all 5 days in a week)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls in a professional manner

Follow company policies and procedures during all customer interactions to ensure compliance

Complete assigned tasks in line with the latest work instructions and process updates

Identify troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Consistently meet daily productivity and quality performance targets

Accurately record and document all customer interactions in the designated system

Perform post call activities such as raising tickets processing password resets account unlocks and related actions

Adhere strictly to data integrity standards and the company’s information security policies

Skills and Experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an international call center environment

Prior experience in the healthcare domain especially on the payer or administrative side is an added advantage

Strong communication skills with active listening ability good typing speed and proficiency in MS Office applications

Willingness to work in US shift hours India night shift

Open to working from the office on all working days
