We work closely with D2C brands to drive real business growth through performance marketing, content, and conversion-focused strategies.

Role Description

We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce to manage, optimize, and scale paid marketing campaigns for e-commerce brands, with a strong focus on jewellery and lifestyle accounts.

The role requires hands-on experience in Meta Ads, working knowledge of Google Ads, and the ability to analyze campaign performance, improve ROAS, reduce CAC, and support profitable growth. The candidate will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to test new ad creatives, audiences, and funnel improvements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce or D2C brands
• Strong experience with Meta Ads campaign setup, optimization, scaling, and reporting
• Working knowledge of Google Ads
• Clear understanding of ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, and attribution basics
• Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable campaign improvements
• Experience with jewellery, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands will be an advantage
• Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and reporting discipline
• Must be based in Mumbai or open to working onsite
