Job Role: Customer Service & Sales

We are looking for a hardworking person to join our team. Your main job is to talk to customers and help our tiffin service grow.

Your Main Work (Job Duties)

• Answering Calls: Talk to customers politely and answer their questions.

• Explaining Meal Plans: Tell customers about our food packages and help them choose the best one.

• Sales & Renewals: Call customers to renew their monthly plans and find new customers for our service.

• Feedback Calls: Call customers to ask if they liked the food and the service.

• Data Entry: Save customer details and order information on the computer.

Salary & Bonuses (Monthly Pay)

We provide a clear path to increase your salary based on your performance.

1. During Probation (First 2 Months):

• Fixed Salary: ₹25,000

• Monthly Bonus: ₹4,000 to ₹8,000 extra (Based on your sales and performance).

• Total Monthly Pay: ₹29,000 to ₹33,000

2. After 2 Months (Permanent Job):

• Fixed Salary: ₹35,000

• Monthly Bonus: You will continue to get extra bonuses for sales and good work.

• Total Monthly Pay: ₹39,000 to ₹43,000+

Requirements

• Good speaking skills (clear English and Punjabi/Hindi).

• Friendly and helpful attitude on the phone.

• Basic computer skills for simple data entry.

• Ready to learn and talk to new people every day.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Sales : 1 year (Preferred)

• Punjabi , hindi , english (Preferred)
