About the Role:

Do you get genuinely excited when you open a spreadsheet? Do you love playing data detective — digging into the numbers, spotting patterns, and figuring out the story hiding underneath? If so, we’d love to meet you.

We’re looking for a Data & Insights Analyst who will be the analytical heartbeat of our client work. You’ll turn raw data from platforms like Amazon and TikTok into crisp, compelling slides that walk into client meetings and do the talking. This isn’t a behind-the-scenes number-crunching role, you’ll be a key part of how we show up for our clients every week.

The bulk of your work will be building presentation-ready slides and reports. If that sounds like your happy place, keep reading.

What You’ll Do:

Dig Into the Data

• Pull, consolidate, and organize data from Amazon, TikTok, and other sources into clean, usable formats
• Play data detective, explore what’s working, what’s not, and most importantly, why
• Respond to ad hoc data questions quickly and confidently

Build Slides That Wow

• Create polished, client-ready status and performance slides every week — slides that go straight to the meeting with zero touch-ups needed
• Choose the right chart for every story (bar, line, pie, scatter — you know when to use which and why)
• Highlight the ‘so what’ in every visual so the insight lands immediately
• Take complex data and turn it into clear, beautiful, persuasive PowerPoint presentations
• Work toward standardization and repeatable processes

Power Up Client Meetings

• Prepare crisp briefing materials and data summaries before every client meeting
• Think ahead, anticipate questions & have the supporting data ready to go
• Follow up post-meeting with any additional analysis or updated numbers

Own the Data Platforms

• Navigate the Amazon and TikTok data shops with confidence to answer questions and pull reports
• Keep data files clean, organized, and ready for fast turnaround
• Oversee & improve our dashboards

Who You Are:

You’re a Great Fit If You…

• Light up when you open datasets, it’s genuinely fun for you, not a chore
• Are an Excel wizard: VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, pivot charts, joining datasets — all second nature
• Love playing detective in data: you form hypotheses, chase down anomalies, and always want to know the ‘why’
• Know how to tell a story with slides: you pick the right chart, highlight what matters, and produce decks that are ready to present as-is
• Are smart about using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude to work faster, but you don’t need them as a crutch, you can spot when the AI is wrong and get to the right answer on your own
• Stay calm and resourceful when tools go down. You find a way through

Bonus Points For…

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools — though if you’re strong in Excel, you’ll pick these up quickly!
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon DSP, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
• A background in a client-facing analytics, or marketing agency setting
• 2+ years in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role

This is a fully remote role. Work from wherever you do your best thinking!

Wherever you’re based, you’ll need significant overlap with US business hours (ET/CT/PT) — enough to be responsive, join calls, and keep things moving together as a team.
