Role Description

This is a part-time, remote role for a Workday US Payroll Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for administering payroll processes, ensuring compliance with payroll tax regulations, managing employee benefits, and communicating with stakeholders to address payroll-related inquiries. The role also involves identifying and implementing opportunities to optimize payroll services for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Payroll Services, Payroll Administration, and Payroll Taxes
• Experience with Employee Benefits management and related processes
• Strong Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and clients
• Familiarity with Workday payroll systems and functionalities
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote work environment
• Experience with payroll compliance for US-based employers is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field preferred
