Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.
Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment, technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation, rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.
The Opportunity
Workforce Planning (WFP) is a newly established team within CBS, operating under a common leadership and a new operating model. The Service Line (SL) Workforce Planning Analyst works closely with the SL Workforce Planning Leader and Operations Teams (Talent, Recruiting, Resource Management and Finance) to coordinate and run Integrated Operational Workforce Planning (IOWP) tools and models. The role involves developing, analysing and modelling operational, economic and talent related data in collaboration with SL/SSL/Competency leadership. The analysts coordinate outputs with respective stakeholders and liaise with the broader WFP team to proactively recommend data driven solutions that support informed decision making on key strategic priorities. The role follows an SSL agnostic approach enabling alignment across Service Lines and Market functions (including city practices, industry sectors, and geographies). The analyst works under the guidance of the SL Workforce Planning Leader to support execution of the workforce planning strategies, cost optimization initiatives aligned to a 3-to-5-year service line plan and collaborates with regional WFP and Talent teams on attrition risk analysis and workforce strategies, providing insights to local stakeholders (Talent, Resource Management, Finance and SSL/Competency leadership)
