Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Team Lead to manage and execute our organic growth strategy. The ideal candidate will lead a team of SEO specialists, drive search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and optimize digital performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SEO executives and content specialists
• Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
• Oversee on-page and off-page optimization activities
• Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to align SEO strategies
• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Track, analyze, and report on SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions)
• Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends
• Manage backlink strategy and outreach campaigns

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in SEO, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization
• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and data analysis
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
