System Admin cum IT Stores Assistant Full Time NEW

We are seeking a System Administrator & IT Stores Executive to manage IT systems, provide technical support, and maintain IT inventory. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and IT equipment, along with accurate tracking of IT assets and stock.

Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, operating systems, and applications
• Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and system access
• Perform system updates, backups, and security checks
• Maintain antivirus and endpoint security

Network & Server Management

• Monitor network performance, uptime, and bandwidth usage
• Maintain basic server systems and network devices
• Support firewall configuration and network security
• Coordinate with vendors or ISPs for issue resolution

IT Asset & Stores Management

• Maintain inventory of IT equipment (laptops, desktops, printers, accessories)
• Track asset allocation to employees and departments
• Maintain stock records and monitor minimum inventory levels
• Handle issuing and receiving of IT equipment
• Maintain documentation for purchases, warranties, and AMC

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain IT asset register and service logs
• Prepare reports on inventory and system status
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in system administration or IT support
• Basic knowledge of networking and hardware troubleshooting
• Familiarity with inventory or asset management is a plus
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of networking devices (routers, switches)
• Experience with monitoring tools is an advantage
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
