Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Monitor data workflows and help troubleshoot pipeline failures, latency issues, and data quality problems.
- Support the implementation of DataOps best practices, including CI/CD, automation, and version control.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to manage data infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data availability, reliability, and accuracy.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.
- Assist in building dashboards or monitoring tools for pipeline performance.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language: Python, Java, or Scala.
- Knowledge of data concepts: ETL, data warehousing, APIs, batch vs. streaming.
- Exposure to cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
- Understanding of Git or other version control tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
