Marketing Specialist – IT Services Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for a smart, versatile Marketing Specialist to join our growing IT services team in Kochi. You’ll own marketing initiatives end-to-end — from brand messaging to campaign execution — with a strong focus on the US market.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns targeted at US clients and markets

• Coordinate directly with US-based teams and clients — communication, reporting, and strategy alignment

• Manage brand messaging, content, and collateral across channels

• Handle social media, email marketing, and basic digital campaigns

• Support sales with marketing materials, proposals, and go-to-market strategies

• Track campaign performance and share actionable insights

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in a generalist marketing role (not purely digital)

• Hands-on experience working with US clients — direct communication, understanding of the US market and consumer behaviour

• Comfortable working US-aligned shifts or flexible hours

• Strong English communication — written and verbal

• Basic proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, email platforms, social media)

• Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT/Tech Services marketing

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹500,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kochi, Kerala (Kochi, Ernakulam District)
