We are seeking a

Deputy Manager – Factory Controlling

Location: WIRTGEN INDIA Pvt. Ltd., Dist Pune, 412214, Maharashtra, India

• Educational Qualification: Cost Accountant / CA with relevant experience
• Age: Up to 30 years
• Experience: Experience of working in Manufacturing company and at least 4-year post qualification experience (Total 5 + Yrs experience).

Purpose of the Job:The role is responsible for end to end factory controlling, cost management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory governance, monthly closing activities, audit coordination, and com-pliance (SOX & Blackline). The position ensures financial accuracy, operational control, timely reporting, and supports key strategic projects for the manufacturing plant.

Scope of Work & Accountabilities:

• Factory controlling and Submission of related MIS.
• Product cost calculation
• Inventory Review & Controls.
• Budgeting & Forecasting
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for Group reporting as per re-quirement.
• Manage Cost-audits and support in Statutory Audit to ensure compliance with regu-latory standards & timely closure as per timelines defined.
• SOX compliances

Skills / Competencies required:

• Analytical and data interpretation skills
• Hands on experience with SAP (FI/CO/PP/MM), Power BI, BI Tools
• Excellent knowledge of costing, inventory control, and manufacturing processes
• Experience in audit management and SOX compliance
• Strong communication and cross functional coordination abilities
