Role Description

The Production General Manager will be responsible for managing production operations, ensuring optimized production workflows, and maintaining high-quality standards in the manufacturing of construction materials. Key responsibilities include overseeing production schedules, managing cross-departmental coordination, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and working to improve operational efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, requiring a hands-on approach and active leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in production management, production planning, drafting SoP, conducting and overseeing all departmental meetings, ensuring MoMs are optimally used, workflow optimization, and overseeing manufacturing operations via Production Managers
• Strong Knowledge of SoPs, quality control processes and adherence to safety and compliance standards
• Proficiency in team leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage resources, budgets, and schedules
• Technical knowledge specific to the manufacturing industry machinery
• Proficiency with production software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a managerial role in the construction materials industry is a must
