Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Outbound Support: Handle professional calls to address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our database to ensure seamless follow-ups.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every interaction aligns with company standards for professionalism and service quality.
- Daily Reporting: Provide daily end-of-day updates on call volume and resolution status.
Requirements
- Good verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and patient under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and record management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous customer service experience is a plus.
Pay: ₹11,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
