Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Field Operations Manager, you will oversee and coordinate data collection processes, manage field activities, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Key responsibilities include supervising field teams, training staff, monitoring data collection progress, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring adherence to research protocols. You will also liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of fieldwork operations.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to supervise and train field staff.
• Experience in project coordination and the ability to manage and track multiple fieldwork activities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of data collection methods and research protocols for both qualitative and quantitative studies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with an ability to address challenges swiftly during field operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with project managers and stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using digital tools for monitoring and reporting field data is a plus.
• Relevant experience in market research or field operations management preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Social Sciences, Market Research, or a related field is desirable.
