We are rapidly expanding our presence across major online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, and are looking for a driven individual to own and scale this channel.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Marketplace & Quick Commerce Executive who will own end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). You will manage listings, ads, inventory, and account health — driving revenue growth and brand visibility across all channels.

Inventory & Listing Management
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Management (Amazon & Flipkart)
* Create, optimize, and manage product listings — titles, bullets, descriptions, keywords, and backend search terms
* Build and maintain A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content and Brand Stores
* Monitor account health metrics: ODR, cancellation rate, late dispatch, policy violations
* Manage pricing strategy, competitive benchmarking, and Buy Box ownership
* Handle seller support cases, account suspensions, and ASIN reinstatements
Quick Commerce Operations (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
* Onboard new SKUs and manage product catalogues on q-commerce platforms
* Monitor dark store inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with the warehouse/ops team
* Track fill rates, return rates, and ensure SLA compliance with platform partners
* Liaise with platform account managers for promotional slots, visibility, and issue resolution
Advertising & Promotions
* Plan and execute Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns on Amazon
* Manage Flipkart Ads and other platform-native ad products
* Optimize ACoS / RoAS and manage daily/weekly ad budgets
* Set up deals, coupons, Lightning Deals, and festive campaign promotions
* Monitor returns and RTO rates; take corrective action on high-return SKUs
* Explore and onboard new marketplaces as the brand scales
Inventory & Operations Coordination
* Forecast demand and coordinate with supply chain / warehouse for timely stock replenishment
* Manage FBA / FBF inventory levels and avoid stockouts or overstock situations
* Track GRNs, FC transfers, and coordinate returns processing
Reporting & Analytics
* Track weekly/monthly KPIs: GMV, units sold, ACoS, RoAS, fill rate, return rate per platform
* Prepare regular performance dashboards and share insights with leadership
* Identify top-performing SKUs, slow-movers, and recommend assortment decisions
Requirements
Must Have
* 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central and/or Flipkart Seller Hub
* Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, campaign structure
* Experience with catalogue management, A+ Content, and listing optimization
* Familiarity with quick commerce platforms — Blinkit, Zepto, or Swiggy Instamart
* Solid understanding of marketplace metrics: ACoS, RoAS, Buy Box %, fill rate, ODR
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple platform accounts simultaneously
Good to Have
* Prior experience in toys, kids products, gifting, or FMCG/lifestyle categories
* Experience with Meesho or other regional marketplace platforms
* Knowledge of FBA operations, FC transfers, and inventory planning tools
* Exposure to data tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
