Job Description:

We are looking for a responsible Branch In-Charge to manage the overall operations of our Latur branch. The role involves handling sales, team management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the hostel/student accommodation business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning
• Drive student admissions and achieve monthly targets
• Manage and guide on-ground team members
• Build and maintain relationships with coaching institutes, schools, and local contacts
• Handle student and parent queries professionally
• Ensure proper maintenance and occupancy of hostel facilities
• Share regular updates and reports with management

Requirements:

• Graduation required (MBA preferred)
• 3–6 years of experience in sales, operations, or branch handling
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to handle responsibilities independently
• Experience in education, hostel, or service industry is a plus
• Knowledge of local market preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹38,000.00 per month
