- FMCG Background
- Order Preparation: Selecting, scanning, and packing products based on orders.
- Quality Inspection: Examining items for damage or missing parts before shipment.
- Packaging: Selecting appropriate materials and sealing, labeling, and weighing boxes.
- Documentation: Updating inventory records and verifying shipping details.
- Safety/Maintenance: Keeping the packing area clean and adhering to safety protocols.
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring high accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift items for long periods.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with scanners and inventory management systems.
- Communication: Ability to work in a team and report issues to supervisors.
- Education: A high school diploma or GED is often preferred, though not always required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹320,000.00 per month
