We’re looking for a results-driven Growth & Performance Marketing Executive who understands how to turn clicks into customers. If you’re someone who enjoys scaling campaigns, analyzing data, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads & Meta Ads
• Drive lead generation and e-commerce conversions through performance marketing strategies
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
• Collaborate with content, design, and tech teams for campaign creatives and landing pages
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure optimal allocation across channels
• Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, etc.
• Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends and platform updates

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital/Performance Marketing (Agency experience preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads is a must
• Strong understanding of lead generation and e-commerce campaigns
• Good analytical skills and data-driven mindset
• Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Pixel setup, etc.)
• Basic understanding of landing pages and conversion funnels
