Role Overview
We are hiring a Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. The role partners with hiring managers to define what great looks like, source candidates, run a rigorous interview process, and close the right people.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer across multiple roles
– Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and direct outreach
– Screen candidates for skills, motivation, and culture fit
– Coordinate interview loops and gather structured feedback from hiring panels
– Negotiate offers and guide candidates through to a successful start date
– Track funnel metrics and improve conversion at every stage
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting (in-house or agency)
– Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
– Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean and X-ray search
– Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management
– Data-driven mindset; you measure your funnel and act on what it tells you
– Genuine interest in hiring great people, not just filling seats
