Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for Performance Marketing – Paid Ads in a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms to achieve business goals, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns to improve ROI. The Assistant Manager will also work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing to develop and execute effective strategies. Responsibilities include handling budgets, creating campaign reports, and staying updated on new advertising trends to ensure innovative and efficient results.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising, with an ability to strategize and execute campaigns effectively.
• Proficiency in Communication, both written and verbal, to interact with team members, clients, and stakeholders seamlessly.
• Experience in Project Management for coordinating multiple campaigns and meeting deadlines efficiently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar tools is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven approach are essential for success in this role.
