Hospital Administrator -COO Full Time NEW

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient service delivery, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal financial performance. The COO works closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to implement strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies
• Monitor and improve patient care quality, safety, and satisfaction
• Lead performance improvement initiatives and operational efficiency programs
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with medical staff, department heads, and administrative teams
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Drive staff engagement, leadership development, and workforce planning
• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and service improvement

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/MHA preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of healthcare management experience
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards
• Proven leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
• Financial acumen and experience in budget management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
