PRYM Group is looking for a Sales Head to lead and scale our field sales operations across Maharashtra.
This is a senior, hands-on role. You will own the sales function end to end — building the team, driving revenue, and working closely with ground operations including drone spraying deployments.
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years in B2B or field sales, with team leadership experience
- Proven track record of building and managing sales teams, not just inheriting them
- Comfort working in fast-moving, on-ground environments
- Prior exposure to rural markets or technology-led solutions is a plus
