We are looking to hire Junior Virtual Assistants to support our U.S.-based operations team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a career in remote work, business operations, and client communication.

Role Overview
As a Junior Virtual Assistant, you will assist with daily business operations including communication, data management, and coordination tasks. You will work closely with a remote team and gain practical exposure to real-world business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle basic client and lead communications
- Perform online research and data entry tasks
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and internal systems
- Assist with scheduling and coordination
- Support ongoing operational activities
Eligibility Criteria
- Fresh graduates (any discipline)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
- Reliable laptop/desktop and stable internet
- Willingness to work night shifts
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Salary: ₹10,000/month
- Work Mode: Fully remote
- Weekly Offs: 2 days
