DET – Chemical Full Time NEW

• We are seeking proactive Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET) and Diploma Engineer Trainees (DET) specializing in Mechanical and Chemical Engineering. This role focuses on the intersection of process efficiency and mechanical integrity within our industrial operations.

Core ResponsibilitiesFor Mechanical Trainees

• Asset Management: Assist in the preventive and predictive maintenance of rotary and static equipment (pumps, compressors, heat exchangers, and turbines).
• Fabrication & Design: Review technical drawings (AutoCAD/SolidWorks) and supervise on-site installation or piping modifications.
• Reliability: Monitor machine vibration and thermal data to predict potential failures.

For Chemical Trainees

• Process Monitoring: Track real-time parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure optimal chemical reactions and yields.
• Mass & Energy Balances: Perform calculations to identify bottlenecks in the production line and suggest waste reduction strategies.
• Lab Collaboration: Work with the QC lab to ensure raw materials and final products meet chemical specification standards.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Analytical Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical assemblies or chemical deviations.
• Communication: Strong documentation skills for maintaining Shift Logs and Incident Reports.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 – ₹17,000.00 per hour
