P&M INCHARGE Full Time

  • Ensure that all P&M assets are kept in good working condition and maintained with the least downtime.
  • Networking with vendors and OEM suppliers for timely supply of spares/accessories/tools etc.
  • Effective inventory management and documentation.
  • Devise methods to train operators / mechanics and develop skilled workforce for effective operation.
  • Identify obsolete P&M and arrange for disposal and replacement.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum years of experience

B.E / B. Tech / in Mechanical

15 years of experience in Operation & maintenance of Plant & Machinery relating to latest foundation equipment including all ancillary equipment, accessories & tools.

Team Work, Effective Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Positive Thinking, Creativity, Decision Making, Empathy, Time Management, Leadership Skills, High Impact on Influencing.

ALL construction oriented P&M machines like Cutter, Cranes, Piling rigs, Drilling machines ETC. Additional technical expertise on Hydraulics and Mechatronics is an added advantage.
