As we expand our marketing and outreach efforts, we are looking for a skilled HubSpot Specialist to optimize and manage our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.

Role Overview: This is a freelance, seasonal contract role (40 hours/week) with an initial 2-month contract and possible extensions. Ideal for someone who can both execute and strategically improve our HubSpot usage. We are seeking a results-driven HubSpot Specialist to support our marketing, sales, and brand outreach operations for our upcoming WBENC campaign. This role will focus on building, optimizing, and managing HubSpot workflows, campaigns, and reporting systems to drive lead generation, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Setup & Optimization

• Audit and optimize the existing HubSpot CRM structure
• Set up pipelines, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring models
• Ensure proper data hygiene, segmentation, and contact management

Marketing Automation

• Build and manage email campaigns, sequences, and workflows
• Create lead-nurturing funnels aligned with the outreach strategy
• Automate follow-ups and engagement tracking

Sales Enablement

• Support outreach efforts through HubSpot sequences and templates
• Align CRM workflows with sales processes (LinkedIn, email, events like WBENC)
• Track lead activity and improve conversion workflows

Reporting & Analytics

• Build dashboards to track KPIs (open rates, conversions, pipeline growth)
• Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign performance
• Maintain real-time reporting for leadership visibility

Integration & Tools

• Integrate HubSpot with tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn outreach, and website forms
• Ensure seamless data flows across marketing and sales channels

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM)
• Proven experience building workflows, email automation, and dashboards
• Knowledge in handling bulk data operations and batching workflows
• Strong understanding of B2B lead generation and funnel management
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external tools (e.g., Apollo, Zapier)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actions
• Strong communication and documentation skills
