We are seeking a technically strong leader with 20+ years of experience who has handled multiple precision-machined components from feasibility stage to production.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:• Lead ne
w product development (NPD) activities for machining components • Analyze
customer drawings and provide technical feasibility • Prepare
accurate machining costing, cycle time estimation, tooling requirements, and process planning • Develop
optimized machining strategies for VMC, HMC, CNC turning, and multi-operation components • Identif
y critical tolerances, GD&T requirements, and special process challenges • Coordin
ate with production, quality, tooling, and customers during development stages • Drive p
roductivity improvement and process optimization
🔹 Preferred Experience:
✔ Strong exposure in precision machining industry
✔ Expertise in RFQ analysis and costing
✔ Hands-on machining process knowledge
✔ Ability to independently develop machining concepts for new components
✔ Experience handling complex components and tight tolerances
✔ Strong technical decision-making capability
